菜心炒蝦球 + 翠塘豆腐

老公今晚又話我嘅餸重覆左. 我話"Har????" 佢話呢碟有蝦, 個碟又有蝦.
菜心係今日午餐用唔晒的, 加埋芥蘭葉炒埋一齊. 蝦都係個4隻ja ma!
翠塘豆腐平時係蛋白加鮮奶蒸完, 然後加上蝦粒,雞粒,芥蘭粒和豆腐粒.
今次無用鮮奶因為上次大少話牛奶味好重. 咁今次就蛋白加雞湯.
份量好少, 大雞蛋一隻加100ml水. 但都夠啦, 因為餸多. 咁就啱昨我地2個.
