花膠響螺淮山紅蘿蔔鳥雞湯

有時唔知煲麥野湯飲, 就打開雪櫃睇下有甚麼煲湯料, 好似瘦肉, 雞. 上次買了一隻鳥雞, 重有半隻係度, 即刻睇下食譜, 睇下有麥野湯水可以用得. 最緊要唔洗得特登落街.
睇了一輪食譜就呢個啦, 有紅蘿蔔, 淮山, 江瑤柱,杞子, 圓肉, 瘦肉, 響螺,花膠同雞. 未煲已經知道一定好好飲. 薑2片, 水滾下所有材料, 食譜話煲2個鐘, 我用真空煲, 早上煲15分鐘, 下午再煲佢10分鐘左右.
呢個湯滋陰養顏, 行氣活血, 補眼明目, 潤燥生津, 健脾補腎.
